Best Business Systems History

Paul Keith opened up Best Business Systems in 1984 with the following philosophy in mind:

Give our Customer an Honest Value. Value is an essential objective of purchasing... and it is not always found in the lowest bid. We view value as a unique combination of dependability, quality, knowledge, experience, economy, and concern.

That philosophy of business has stayed with our company ever since.

While our overall philosophy has remained the same, emerging technologies and trends, along with customer requests, has led Best Business Systems to change and evolve since 1984. From our beginnings as a business forms and printing supplier, we have continued to add product lines over the years to assist our customers. Labels, computer supplies, and ad specialties are just a few examples of the products we have added over the last 20 years.

BBS Building In addition, customer needs have led to us adding many valuable services over the years. From simple warehousing of forms to full-blown document management services, Best Business Systems offers a wide range of warehousing and distribution services to our customers. Records Management services were added at the specific request of one of our largest customers who simply had a problem and knew that Best Business Systems was a problem solver. During an expansion in the late 90s, we added a Media Vault to our building in order to accommodate a growing need to pickup and store computer backups in a safe, secure, off-site environment.
