Best Business Systems has been providing records management to this area for over 20 years and is proud of the service we have been able to provide our customers. Over those years, Best Business Systems has continued to grow in all phases of operation, including records management. Around 1995, our growth created the need for an expansion to our facility to create a section specifically for records, including a temperature and humidity controlled vault designed to store backup tapes and other sensitive items.

As the years have gone by and our records management segment has continued to grow, available space in our records warehouse has continued to shrink.

As our number of boxes stored exceeding 50,000 records, we began to realize that the records management segment of our business was not just another service to offer our customers, but something that could stand on its own.

That is why that we are proud to announce the creation of Records Management Services, a division of Best Business Systems. As the end of the year approaches, BBS will be "spinning off" the records management functions into a separate company that will stand alone. We are extremely excited by this change and look forward to the opportunities it will allow us.

For our current (and future) records customers, this will simply mean that you are dealing with the same people and the same service under a different name. Over time, we believe that this move will allow us to improve services to our clients and those with Records Management Services will be able to focus their efforts on that particular service.

For our current (and future) business forms, printing, and promotional product customers, we believe that this move will allow us to focus even more on providing quality products and services at a good value.
